Well-maintained transport-permit vehicles in road-worthy condition and not more than 48Months old are deployed on site. Electric cabs planned up to 100 cabs in next 3 years. Readily available with 100 Cabs upon demand within 1 week, Vehicles are marked with company logo for Identification by users and equipped with tracking application to locate by users and organization.
Chauffeurs:
Uniformedand experienced Chauffeurs with Identity Cards are appointed for each vehicle operating on a particular site.
Managers & Supervisors:
Site managers along with trained and experienced supervisors are appointed at each site on 24×7 basis.
Helpdesk:
Computers & printers are provided along with a team of veteran data-entry operators for routing, scheduling and MIS generation appropriate documentation of staff and vehicles are maintained on site for ready reference,
Daily reports of duties performed, periodical check-lists of chauffeurs and vehicles and feedback from employees are provided to the company
Maintenance Check:
Monthly maintenance checks are carried out for all vehicles at the authorized work shop Reports submission referring the condition of the vehicle, accessories & the documents to the company
Training & Medical:
Bearing in mind the risks involved and the level of efficiency expected out of the Chauffeurs and Supervisors, we conduct a Professional Training, quarterly training programs for our Chauffeurs, Supervisors and Managers whereby they undergo a full day course in driving skills, safety norms, hazards involved and general behavior, Half yearly medical checkup is conducted for all the Chauffeurs through a reputed panel of doctors which includes general physical examination, eye test & blood test.
Random Checks:
A team of highly trained professional Patrolling Staff has been deployed by us at various locations to check vehicles for over-speeding, surprise inspections and emergencies.

All our chauffeurs and site supervisors are selected through a reputed agency after a thorough background check & verification which certifies them before joining on duty, detailed information with scanned photographs and documents shall be available with the company of the chauffeurs & the vehicles operational at their site details of staff, contact nos., along with other relevant information is also provided whenever required
Regular briefing is carried out by the superbly supervisors i transport manager to the chauffeurs from the briefing manual provided to them, a vehicle status report is made on weekly basis by the supervisors providing minutest details of the vehicles and the chauffeurs deployed on site.
